Delivery methods
The available delivery methods are offered at the time of ordering. Depending on the destination and available options, shipping may be handled by Colissimo or Mondial Relay, among others.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the destination, the order amount, and the chosen delivery method. Their amount is always indicated before the final confirmation of the order.
Preparation and lead times
For items in stock, by mataz prepares and ships orders within an indicative timeframe of 5 to 8 working days from order confirmation. This preparation time is in addition to the carrier's transit time.
For pre-orders and personalized creations, additional production time may be required. The applicable timeframe is specified at the time of ordering or agreed upon with the Customer.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the Customer receives information to track the transit of their package.
Delivery address
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided when placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to change the delivery address.
Delay or incident
In the event of a significant delay, loss, or delivery incident, the Customer is invited to contact by mataz at contact@bymataz.com. The consumer rights provided for by applicable legislation remain fully applicable.
